Health problems are mostly attached to fitness nowadays. So, if someone takes good care of his/her health, that would help to lead a healthy and happy life.

I have graduated from Northern Private Medical College, Rangpur, Bangladesh. I have been working at a Medical College here as a duty doctor. Besides, I want to put an impact on Sustainable Developmental Goal no. 3 (GOOD HEALTH AND WELL-BEING) proposed by the United Nations.

Fitness is not something that you achieve in one day or keep that on regular basis. There are many struggles in achieving persistent health and mental well-being.
